GreenStone will host free Construction Seminars at 15 locations throughout Michigan in February and March. These informational seminars will cover the home construction process from start to finish and construction loan experts will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. We will discuss the details of loan approvals, various loan options, qualifications, the draw process and the difference between do-it-yourself and contracted projects, among other topics. All seminars begin at 6:00 PM unless otherwise noted, below.
