They possess the skills needed to guide GreenStone in the 21st Century and to make its vision to be rural America's first choice for financial services a reality.

These individuals have helped customers during the up-and-down cycles of agriculture. Through their leadership, GreenStone is committed to promoting the success of its customers and financing the growth of rural America.

Travis Jones serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of GreenStone Farm Credit Services. He reports directly to the association’s board of directors and provides executive leadership to GreenStone. He is charged with effectively managing the association to fulfill its vision and mission.

Jones began his career in public accounting in 1989 with Deloitte & Touche and joined Republic Bancorp Inc. in 1993. He serving a variety of roles before becoming the vice president and accounting administration manager after Republic's the merger with Citizens Bank in 2006.
Jones has been with GreenStone since 2007, is a certified public accountant, and a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He is a member of the Michigan Livestock Exhibition board of directors and the Michigan FFA Association board.

As GreenStone Farm Credit Services’ chief credit officer, Paul Anderson is responsible for maintaining sound lending operations including underwriting, approvals, credit policies and procedures, and credit administration. Paul brings more than 30 years of experience with the Farm Credit System.
Paul completed the University of Wisconsin’s Farm and Industry Short Course prior to attending the University of Wisconsin – River Falls where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in farm management and animal science. He is a graduate of the Minnesota Risk Management Association Commercial Lending Academy as well as the Graduate School of Banking program at Louisiana State University. Currently, Paul is a member of the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Committee, the Michigan Strategic Fund (MSF) board of directors appointed by Gov. Rick Snyder and a member of the Chicago Federal Reserve Economic Advisory Committee.

As the chief human resources officer, Angela NaDell is responsible for the people strategy that supports the organization’s efforts to continue being a successful leader in the marketplace and an employer of choice. Her team provides strategic and operational leadership to areas such as talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and organizational development, people operations, talent management, internal communications and change management, and the overall employee experience.

NaDell provides broad human resources expertise and has more than 20 years of experience in the field. She began her career in 2001 as a human resources coordinator in the manufacturing industry, and over the course of her career has worked her way up holding numerous human resources leadership roles across several industries. She holds a master’s degree in human resources and employment relations from Penn State University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Michigan University. On a personal note, NaDell also enjoys volunteering in the community, and currently serves as a board member for both the Salvation Army and Aware Shelter in Jackson County.

As chief financial officer, Kim Brunner provides strategic and operational leadership regarding issues affecting GreenStone Farm Credit Services’ long range financial viability, as well as day-to-day financial and operational activities. She leads the association’s financial and branch operations, including loan accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting and loan pricing. She also directs the association’s capital planning and utilization.

Kim began her career in the accounting and financial space more than 30 years ago, gaining excellence in business financial analysis, auditing, internal controls, and financial reporting. She has served in numerous roles over the years, having spent the last decade working within the Farm Credit System, first at AgriBank prior to joining GreenStone in 2019. She most recently served as the senior vice president of finance and operations for GreenStone where she was responsible for financial reporting internal controls, management of external financial audits, leadership of GreenStone’s operational team throughout the 35 locations, and was responsible for overseeing a variety of risk control measures for the association.

As executive vice president and chief information officer, Steve Junglas is responsible for defining and developing business solutions that enable GreenStone to achieve its strategic goals, delivering cost savings through improved processes, information security and helping to drive additional revenue through information technology innovation. Junglas also serves as the executive director of the Centric Technology Collaboration, which is owned and operated by 6 Farm Credit associations, including GreenStone.
An information technology industry veteran, Junglas began his career at GreenStone in 2003 and served in a variety of capacities before being named chief information officer in 2012. He is currently a member of the Capital Area IT Council board of directors.
Junglas is a graduate of Michigan State University’s Eli Broad School of Business with a master’s degree in Business Administration.
Peter Lemmer

As chief legal counsel, Pete Lemmer provides advice and counsel on legal, regulatory, or legislative matters involving GreenStone Farm Credit Services, and acts as the chief in-house legal advisor for the organization. 

Lemmer joined GreenStone in September 2008 and has more than 30 years of experience as an attorney. He has managed all aspects of in-house and outside legal matters and is experienced with federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to the financial services industry, publically held companies and the Farm Credit System.

Lemmer attended the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado, graduated from Villanova University in Pennsylvania, and obtained a Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He is an active member of the Michigan Bar Association, and American Corporate Counsel Association. Lemmer was presented with the Phelps-Martin Award for Community Service for his volunteer work with local youth and refugee groups and, was appointed in 2013 to serve on the Michigan Public Service Commission by Gov. Rick Snyder.

As chief internal auditor, Melissa Stolicker designs, plans, implements, and monitors an all-inclusive audit program for GreenStone Farm Credit Services. The audit program includes a risk based approach to evaluating credit, collateral, financial, technology, and operational internal controls. The audit process is designed to ensure regulatory compliance and enhance GreenStone’s overall financial soundness.

Stolicker is a certified public accountant (CPA), and has more than 12 years of public accounting and auditing experience, with a major focus in the financial institutions industry. She began her career in 1992 with Plante & Moran, PLLC where she held the position of audit manager. She joined GreenStone in 2004, and was named chief internal auditor in 2009.

Stolicker graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. She is an active member of the American Institute of CPA’s, Michigan Association of CPA’s, and the Institute for Internal Auditors.

As Executive Vice President & Chief Regional Sales Officer, Ian McGonigal provides oversight of client relations and sales for all products and services in the Country Living and Traditional loan segments. He also oversees the in-house Marketing and Public Relations department, and the Financial Services unit, consisting of Crop Insurance and Tax and Accounting.

Most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Regional Sales , McGonigal brings over 23 years of financial services experience to his current position, 21 of which have been with GreenStone. McGonigal joined GreenStone as a Financial Services Officer, before being promoted to Regional Vice President. He began his financial career with TD Bank Financial Group where he served as an agricultural loan officer.

McGonigal graduated from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in agriculture economics. He also attended the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, and currently represents GreenStone on the board for ProPartners Financial.
