ING Life Insurance

ING Life Insurance is level term insurance with the following three products: HomeGuard, HomeGuard Select, TermSmart and TermSmart ROP. for customers who want larger amounts of term insurance coverage at competitive rates.

This product is available to anyone between the ages of 18 and 75, depending on product and term

Note: Child riders are available to parent policies for children 15 days to 18 years. Applicant must have an active loan in order to originate policy, but policy is not limited to the loan amount. Secondary loan applicants are eligible as a "referral" application

Minimum Amount	$25,000 - $100,000
Maximum Amount	Depends on product and issue age
Underwriting/Rates	Underwriting and rates are determined by applicant’s age, gender, underwriting health classification, nicotine usage, policy plan, and coverage amounts.
Exclusions	Suicide during first two years of policy.
Beneficiary	Applicant can appoint any beneficiary. Note: GreenStone should not be named as the policy beneficiary.
Plan Options	10, 15, 20, 30-year terms. Note: Plans offered can change frequently.
Waiver of Premium (for small additional premium)	Waiver of Premium – Premium is waived if insured is totally disabled. Coverage ceases at age 60. Maximum face amount of policy with Waiver of Premium is $5,000,000.
Living Benefit	Allows for partial payment of death benefit if insured is terminally ill and not expected to survive more than 6 months.
Accidental Death Benefit	Provides accidental death benefit protection up to the face amount, maximum of $300,000. Coverage ceases at age 65.
Critical Illness	Allows payment of an accelerated death benefit in the event of a covered illness.
Accident Only Disability Income	Provides benefits for disabilities resulting only from an accident.
Children’s Term Insurance	Child Riders – Insures up to $10,000 per child
