His/her advanced expertise ensures accuracy on complex properties or situations, and adheres to the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Most of our appraisers have additional expertise exceeding state certification and licensing requirements.

This service is available to any entity eligible to borrow, including corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and individuals. No debt relationship is required.

All GreenStone appraisers are state certified general appraisers and are members of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. This relationship provides networking with other agricultural and rural appraisers throughout the country. This networking allows our appraisers to gather information necessary to complete appraisals on a variety of properties, common or not in Michigan. GreenStone appraisers maintain sales information state wide of agricultural (real estate and chattels) and rural properties in a data base that is one of the largest in the state. This base is shared among all GreenStone appraisers. Also, GreenStone Farm Credit Services is a member of numerous Board of Realtors within the state providing additional resources to draw upon for sales data. We have experts in many agricultural businesses (dairy, poultry, orchards, greenhouses, etc.). Each appraiser works independently, yet as part of a team, to provide service to all areas of the state on all types of properties.
